I Have Multiple Accounts In The Members Area… Can I Consolidate Them?
We can easily do that for you in the backend using our membership site application (MemberSonic Pro of course). Just submit a support ticket to our help desk and we will take care of it for you. Let us know which account you want to be your main account and which one you want consolidated.
If you make future purchases, make sure you use the correct email address at time of purchase in order to ensure the product gets added to the correct account.
