How To Setup Email Piping In Sonic Reply

For Piping In Email Replies

NOTE:  This email address should be unique and only used for this purpose.  It should not be the same email address as your WP admin account.  Your ‘support’ email address is the email address you will use to receive and reply to support tickets.  For IMAP settings, we recommend creating an email called ‘admin@domain.com’, and having your WP admin account be something like ‘support@domain.com’.  We also recommend Using cPanel Accounts (Secure SSL/TLS Settings).
