How do I create preset comments on an evergreen webinar?

Chat comments can be pre configured in a webinar room to display at specific times.  This is useful to make a webinar appear to be live, or for replay webinars.  To add a chat comment, click on the green + icon, and enter the time, username (ficticious or real), and a text comment.

Note:  Comments posted by live attendees from a prior webinar can be pushed to the webinar Auto Comments section.

Under the Webinar History section, click on the icon under the comments column.  A popup will appear containing all comments made during that webinar.  Next, click on the green star icon to push that specific comment to the Auto Comments section (the green star will turn white).
